While we originally used pink elderflower from a biodynamic farm in Zeeland, we now work with white elderflower, complemented by a touch of elderberry syrup. The result? That same delicate, floral freshness with a beautiful pink hue—100% derived from the elder tree.

Pink Elderflower – It’s made with fresh, not dried, elderflowers—because that’s how you get the most intense floral and musky-sweet notes.

Ingredients: Kombucha (water, sugar*, green tea*, black tea*, kombucha culture), elderflower base* (5%), elderberry concentrate* (*Organic).

About brand
Tom and Charlotte began brewing kombucha in 2013 in their home in Amsterdam. And so batch after batch was made. In 2015 a decision was made to start brewing commercially and the spare bedroom became a bonafide home brewery where the flavour development and research began. One year and many tastings later the feedback was in, people loved kombucha. YAYA Kombucha was officially founded in late 2016 and early 2017 the brewery was fully operational.
