Matcha is a fine powder made from young green tea leaves from Japan. Optimistic Foods turned it into lemonade with ORGANIC lemon juice from Sicilian lemons and sweetened only with an apple. Ingredients: Water, concentrated apple juice*, lemon juice* (10%), organic lemon peel extract*, matcha green tea* (0.25%), carbon dioxide, probiotic cultures. *Product organic farming.
