A delicate, mild flavour with a velvety texture, Oyster Mushrooms are not only delicious but also taken to reduce harmful Cholesterol and maintain heart health.
Oyster Mushrooms contain ergothioneine, a lesser known antioxidant amino acid that protects the cells of the body, reducing triglycerides which can cause cardiovascular disease.

Our gourmet mushrooms are sustainably sourced, slow bake at low temperatures and combined with just a pinch of Himalayan salt to heighten the organoleptic experience. Other foods firstly vacuum dry our selected mushroom and okra, then put them into a vacuum chamber to gently cook them in a relatively low temperature (around 60 ℃）They are aiming for that symphony of crunchiness! Then comes the dash of vegan maltose to strengthen the natural sweetness of vegetable, then season with pinch of Himalayan salt to perfection.
